For a wholesale, distribution or manufacturer a warehouse is where they can add value without changing the product. Fulfilling an order on time, the first time has value for clients. Think how long you'll keep buying from a business that keeps sending goods in drips and drabs, sends you the wrong product or sends you damaged products. How much love will you have for a business that can't tell you when your order will ship, that can't tell you when they're expecting new stock, that can't tell you if you need to return stock on a recall?
